    Steven has over a decade in audit, accounting, and financial reporting for public companies. He focuses on building reporting systems that stand up to audit, and on guiding companies through going public — by IPO, qualifying transaction, or reverse takeover. He began his career on the public company audit team at Crowe MacKay before moving to the issuer side, managing back-office services and acting as an officer and director of companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.

    Geoff has over 20 years in the capital markets, across brokerage, financings, and corporate services for public companies. He focuses on the firm's client relationships and on the market side of being public — financings, investor relations, and dealer and exchange relationships. He began his career as an investment advisor with two Canadian investment dealers before moving into corporate services for public companies, where he acts as an officer and director of companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
